By accessing or using the Fixipro website at fixipro.in, registering an account, or placing any order or booking, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, registered members, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2 Services Offered
Fixipro is an all-in-one home services platform offering the following services:
- Construction Services — Renovations, structural repairs, extensions, house builds, waterproofing, and interior finishing.
- Home Services — Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding, cleaning, and general home repairs.
- Home Appliances Services — Repair and maintenance for AC, refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, geysers, and more.
- Installation Services — Electrical, plumbing, solar, AC, and appliance installations.
- Groceries Services — Same-day or next-day delivery of fresh produce, dairy, pantry staples, and essentials.
- Food & Beverage — Delivery of pizzas, rolls, rice dishes, juices, and other food items.
- Meat Services — Fresh, halal, and premium meat cuts delivered to your doorstep.
- Courier Services — Fast delivery for documents, parcels, and urgent items.
- Home Rental — Browse available rental listings or post your own property.
Fixipro acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. Availability of services may vary by location and time.
3 User Accounts & Registration
To place orders or access certain features, you must create an account on Fixipro. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Fixipro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, violates these terms, or engages in fraudulent activity.
4 Booking & Orders
When you place a booking or order on Fixipro:
- You must be logged in to place any order or booking.
- All bookings are subject to availability of service professionals or delivery partners in your area.
- A booking confirmation with a unique Booking ID will be generated and saved to your account.
- You are responsible for providing accurate address, date, time, and service details.
- Fixipro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances.
- We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your booking within the selected time slot but cannot guarantee exact times.
📌 Always save your Booking ID (e.g. BK-123456) for reference. You can view all your orders in the My Orders section after logging in.
5 Food & Beverage Services
For food orders placed through Fixipro:
- All food items are prepared and delivered by our partnered vendors.
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on demand, weather, and distance.
- Fixipro is not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers with food allergies must communicate requirements clearly in the notes section.
- Once a food order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
- All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
6 Meat Services
For meat orders placed through Fixipro:
- All meat products are sourced fresh and delivered on the same or next day depending on availability.
- Halal-certified cuts are available and marked accordingly.
- Prices are listed per kilogram and may vary based on market rates.
- Fixipro does not accept returns on meat products once delivered due to hygiene and food safety standards.
- If there is any quality concern, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
7 Courier Services
When using Fixipro's courier services:
- You must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
- Prohibited items including illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials must not be sent.
- Fixipro is not liable for damage to fragile items that are not properly packaged by the sender.
- Estimated delivery times depend on urgency level selected and actual route conditions.
- For lost parcels, claims must be raised within 24 hours of the expected delivery time.
8 Home Rental Listings
For users who post rental listings on Fixipro:
- You confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of the property listed.
- All listing information must be accurate, including rent, location, photos, and availability.
- Fixipro does not verify property ownership and is not responsible for disputes between landlords and tenants.
- Listings can be removed by the owner using their registered phone number.
- Fixipro reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
9 Construction & Home Services
For construction, home repair, appliance, and installation services:
- All professionals on Fixipro are third-party service providers, not Fixipro employees.
- Fixipro performs basic verification of service professionals but does not guarantee the quality of their work.
- Any disputes regarding workmanship must be raised within 48 hours of service completion.
- Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the work area for the professional.
- Fixipro is not liable for any property damage caused by service professionals.
10 Payments & Refunds
All payments made through Fixipro are subject to the following:
- Prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are collected at the time of service or on delivery depending on the service type.
- Refunds are only applicable if the service was not rendered or the order was cancelled by Fixipro.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

11 User Conduct
You agree not to use Fixipro to:
- Place fraudulent, fake, or abusive bookings or orders.
- Harass, threaten, or harm service professionals or other users.

- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its servers.
- Resell or misuse any service provided through Fixipro.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.
12 Privacy & Data
By using Fixipro, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described below:
- We collect your name, email, phone number, and address only to process your bookings and orders.
- Your data is stored securely on Hostinger servers and is never sold to third parties.
- We may use your email to send order confirmations, service updates, and important notifications.
- You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.
- We use cookies to improve your browsing experience on our platform.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Fixipro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
- Fixipro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
- Fixipro is not responsible for any acts or omissions of third-party service professionals, delivery partners, or vendors.
14 Changes to Terms
Fixipro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated date.
